libacme-constant-perl software package provides module that makes inconstant constants, except actually not, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libacme-constant-perl
libacme-constant-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libacme-constant-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libacme-constant-perl *
You will get with libacme-constant-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
